How to turn off the Default intent in DialogFlow

The Default intent is auto-created when you create a new agent in DialogFlow. You might prefer to set up a default response directly in Zebo so you can have rich content.

1. Look up Default in the search bar

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Select the Default Fallback intent and then turn if off via the toggle button. Click Save and let the training finish before you navigate away from the page. That’s all! You’re done! See how easy it was!
